Sale Week Procedures

It is very easy to sell your children’s outgrown items with Kentucky Kids Consignment Sales.  Follow the directions on our Item Preparation page and our Using MyConsignment Manager Page to find out the best way to get everything ready.

All sellers will need to choose a check-in time from your Seller Home Page in the MyConsignment Manager system.

We offer a guarantee option for seller check-in for items priced at $15 or more. All clothing should be brought to check-in GROUPED BY SIZE AND SEX and other similar items grouped together.  For the OPTIONAL guarantee, items over $15 will need to be scanned in and should be held out separately for check-in.  Sellers will need to remain on-site while their items are inspected.

After check-in comes the really fun part – shopping early! Sellers will shop the seller’s presale and sellers who help us out by working during the sale will shop earlier at the worker’s presale. Only one shopper per pass, please.

A sales report will be uploaded online so sellers can view items that have sold each day.  Remember that any items that were not checked-in to the sale will always show as “not sold”.

On the last day of the sale, sellers need to return for item pick-up, unless you choose to donate all unsold items.  Sellers may begin picking up unsold items at 2 PM on Saturday and will need to bring the Seller Information Sheet that will be distributed at check-in.  We’ll be open for shopping during pickup, which means more sales for everyone!  We’ll make every effort to have items sorted by seller numbers within each clothing size and each table category.  We’ve learned that sellers are pretty good at spotting their own items, so pickup should go quickly. All items remaining after 5 PM on Saturday, including those in lost & found, will be donated to charity. Kentucky Kids Consignment Sales supports several local charitable groups each season thanks to the generosity of our sellers.
