Important Seller Dates
- Seller Registration Opens: Monday, July 20 at 9 AM Central
- Seller Registration Ends: Tuesday, August 18 at NOON or SOONER IF MAX of 1200 sellers is reached (Spring 2025 sale filled in 2 days!)
- Inventory Locks for Sellers: Thursday, August 20 at NOON!!! No exceptions!!!
- Seller Check-in Window Schedule Locks – no more changes can be made: Saturday, August 22 at Noon
- Seller Partner Schedule Locks – no more shifts can be dropped online after: 7 days prior to selected shift
- Seller Partner Schedule Locks – no more shifts can be added online after: Saturday, August 22 at Noon
- Item Check-In Window A: Sunday, August 23 – arrive anytime between 1:15 PM to 4 PM
- Item Check-In Window B: Sunday, August 23 – arrive anytime between 6 PM to 8:45 PM
- Item Check-In Window C: Monday, August 24 – arrive anytime between 9:45 AM to 12:30 PM
